Unpaid Securities Policy

Policy for Handling Unpaid Securities

In accordance with SEBI regulations, Tradflow follows the below framework for securities purchased by clients where payment is not made by the pay-in deadline:

  1. Pledge Creation

Unpaid securities will be credited to your demat account and automatically pledged in favour of the Client Unpaid Securities Pledgee Account (CUSPA) of Shri Krishna Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd. (Tradflow).

  2. Payment Timeline

You are required to make full payment within five (5) trading days from the payout date.

  3. Notification

We will notify you via email/SMS about the outstanding obligation and the potential sale of securities if payment is not received.

  4. Action on Default

If payment is not received within the timeline, we may invoke the pledge and sell the securities in the market using your Unique Client Code (UCC) after providing reasonable notice. Any surplus funds will be credited back to your ledger.

  5. Auto-Release

If Tradflow neither invokes nor releases the pledge within five trading days from the payout date, the depository will automatically release the pledge at the end of the sixth trading day after payout, and the securities will become free in your demat account.

  6. No Fresh Exposure

These pledged securities cannot be used to give you fresh trading limits.
